Carry the Fallen

Mason-4th-of-July_edited-1

There is a monument at Gettysburg called Friend to Friend. It depicts the true story of a Union Soldier (Capt. Henry Bingham) caring for a Confederate General (Gen. Louis Armistead) who had fallen in battle July 3rd 1863. This act of Brotherly Love happened because both men were Freemasons. They had a common bond that superseded politics, religion and even war. Masonry knows no bounds when it comes to caring for a Brother or Sister in need.

Join John William Carlson, Bud Moffett, Perry ‘Cosmo’ Tillman and more, this Friday July 4th as we celebrate Independence Day and support the Veteran’s group CarryTheFallen.org. Brought to you by The Niche Wine Lounge, Holly Springs Masonic Lodge #115 (www.hs115.org) and Carry The Fallen.org
