Lodge Renovation Wrap-up

The downstairs renovation is nearly complete! Brothers came in again this weekend, led by Bro Tim P., and completed the painting project. Many thanks to Bro’s David F, Stan R, and Tim M for their help as well!

Lodge building renovation update – Painting!

The main floor renovation continues to make progress! Brothers from the lodge came in this weekend and got a lot accomplished.

On day one, the ceiling received a fresh coat of paint while the walls, window trim, and a few of the doors got a coat of primer to prepare for final paint. Before any of that could be done there was quite a bit of sanding, spackling, and other prep work to do.

Day two picked up where day one left off and the entire room received coats of caulking. Prep for final paint also included spot painting, more sparkling, and work on the entryway. The main doors now open and close easily – no need to slam them!

Many thanks to Brothers Roger, Eddie, Tim P, and David M for making this all happen.
