Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering a roast! The pre-order period is now closed but there will be plates as well as soem additional roasts for sale on October 15th.
The brothers of Holly Springs Lodge # 115 will be having a fundraiser on Saturday October 15th starting at 11am for the purpose of raising funds to support the historical restoration of our beautiful lodge building. The building was constructed in 1847 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in the spring of 2010. For our fundraiser, The Lodge will be selling “slow cooked” Boston Butt Roasts. The tender and delicious cut is commonly used for pulled pork in the United States and comes from the upper front shoulder of the hog. Each Roast weights –in at roughly 8lbs before cooking and is prepared the old fashioned way using our slow cook process coupled with our “secret” award winning sauce. The cost of each roast is $30.00.
In order to guarantee a roast on the 15th, YOU MUST PRE-ORDER BY SATURDAY OCTOBER 8TH.
To pre-order simply choose the “Roast $30.00 USD” option from the choices below and click the “Buy Now” button. By clicking “Buy Now” you will be directed to our order page where you can change your quantities, pay with PayPal, or select an option to pay with a debit or credit card.
On “pick up day”, Saturday October 15th, we will have a DJ at the lodge and will also be selling individual plates for $8 dollars. Plates include a generous portion of barbecue, potatoes, cold slaw, a roll and a drink.
